Tabla Dhama - Hammered Copper

Experience deeper, stronger tabla bass with the Tabla Dhama in hammered copper. A Dhama is slightly taller and heavier than a standard tabla bass, delivering an expansive, resonating low end ideal for traditional performance.

To bring out its rich tone, use fresh dough (flour and water) on the surface of the drum head, and keep the copper surface clean before and after playing. Optionally, masala can be applied on the inside of the skin on request—handmade pieces may vary slightly in color and finish.
